A change of perspective can be a really good. I love the change in perspective I get when I'm lying on a blanket in a park somewhere. You can look up at the sky and view the tops of the trees from a different angle than normal. You find yourself down at the level of the grass and small bugs. I found these spider webs and blades of grass shining in the sun while on a blanket in Forest Park.
