This jar of blue LEDs is not mine, but it is pretty awesome. He had them hung around his room for a softer light than the overhead light, but it proved to be too bright and too blue. Strangely, in the jar the effect is different. Plus, you can move the jar farther away from where you are. I'm not sure how often he really uses them as I'm mostly there in the daylight and there's more than enough light coming through the blinds in the big windows.
