I love the Muny. I love that it's been around so long, that it's outside, that the trees frame the stage. Plus, I love theater!

You're not allowed to photograph or record the actual performance, but this is the stage before the show started when Paul Blake was introducing the evening. It was the last show of the season, so he did a little extra talking. After the show, everyone stuck around to sing "Auld Lang Syne", a song to which I don't know the words, and I suspect many other people are in the same boat as me.
